Relax and know that for 3 hours out of your week, you can sew in peace.  Our experienced dressmaking/apparel teachers are happy to guide you.  If you are an experienced sewer in need of a little help, or you completed the Beginner’s Sewing  class, you’re welcome to join in the Intermediate class.  Bring your own machine (rentals are $10/night), pattern and fabric.  Our teachers will guide you through the process of fabric preparation, fitting, cutting, and the techniques required to complete the garment to the best of your abilities.

Each class is limited to 10 students, which allows for maximum teacher guidance.  Some of our students believe the best part of these classes is watching other projects develop, learning new skills, and meeting with like-minded individuals.  When a teacher shows one student a technique for their project, often the rest of the class will learn at the same time.  You never know what you’ll pick up!

Single classes cost $27.50, or you can buy a block of 4 for $100.  Block classes need not be taken consecutively; however you must let us know 24 hours in advance if you intend to come.  Consult our latest calendar for precise dates.
