Beginner’s Sewing
(Karen, Tuesday and 2nd and 4th Saturday each month)
Beginner’s Sewing is a four-session class appropriate for people of all ages who either have no prior sewing knowledge, want to get their hand back in, or self-taught sewers who feel their skills could use refinement. Check the classes for dates.
All beginners make a pair of pyjamas- they are a very forgiving garment to make, especially for a first project! Skills and techniques covered in the class include:

Our teachers have years of experience and really enjoy passing on their sewing skills to brand new beginners. Each class is 3 hours long; the block of five classes costs $147.50 including the pajamas pattern. You will need your own machine and you must drop by Sewco before the first class in order to pick up your pattern and requirements list.

Monday 6pm-9pm
Tuesday 6pm – 9pm
Wednesday 9.15am-12.15am
Saturday 2 day class over two weeks – check calender for dates – 9.15am – 3.45pm
