New Generation learns to sew
We had a great class making the Amy Butler Frenchy Bag. This was a huge success and very rewarding to see the enthusiasm in the next generation of seamstresses.
Now this week there are a couple of places left on Wednesday and Thursday – 9.15-2.15 – to make the Amy Butler Mini Dress or a reversible skirt.
Karen is an enthusiastic teacher who can’t wait to share her love of sewing. Ring now on 3849 4176 quickly to book as these places won’t last.
New Fabrics
There is a world of variety in fabrics out there and now they are here at Sewco. Beautiful new dressmaking fabrics as well more patchworking and NEW Minki.
We see them. We want them. We get them in – For YOU!! Come in and have a look.
Just have a look at the latest………
Mother’s Day
Still quite a few sleeps away but forward planning is always best. Now when the family start to frown and wonder what to get you – just point them in our direction. First we have all the very latest in machines at the very best of prices. We will tell you more in the coming weeks but in the meantime you can browse all the catalogues.
If you don’t need a new machine (yes I know that is unlikely but some of you may have got one for Christmas) then when you next visit, ask the Team to make up a WishList for you on our computer. When anyone comes in, we can point them in the right direction.
And of course, we will make up a Gift Certificate in any denomination they like.
Just get organized early because chocolates are OUT for Mother’s Day.
Here are the newest baskets just arrived. These always disappear out the door like hotcakes so be quick to get your choice of colours and patterns.
Fashion Parade
It was a great day in the usual Sewco fashion. If you were here, have a look at these for a reminder and if you missed out on attending see what went on.
Make sure you book in for coming Sewco events – there is another Patchwork Pizza Night with Susan on Saturday 26th May and they book out superfast. Everyone wants the kit already. Book Now.
And there is also a rumour – to be confirmed – of one of our always successful Pyjama Parties ahead.
